The Hellmaster Fibrizo, the most powerful of Ruby Eye Shabranigudo subordinates.  He takes the form of a young boy because people will suspect him less.  He resides in the Desert of Destruction, southeast of the kingdoms in the area Slayers takes place.  Being the Hellmaster, he is able to destroy the life of anyone instantly, and does so in Slayers Next.
    In Slayers Next, Fibrizo's plan was to have Lina cast Giga Slave, hoping it would go out of control and destroy existance.  But in the end, Lina not only casted the Giga Slave, but also brought the Lord of Nightmares to the world, who kills Fibrizo.  Because of his death, the barrier trapping the people of Lina's part of the continent is gone and allowed the travel to other parts of the world in Slayers Try.
